Vinny Lingham Goes to Silly Valley

February 11, 2008 by Shawn Collins

I just got the latest copy of Revenue Magazine, and the first place I typically turn is the back page for “the Spider.” If you’re not familiar with Revenue magazine, “the Spider” is sort of an affiliate marketing equivalent of Page Six.

The latest issue has the typical entertaining commentary, but one thing that was funniest (to me, at least) was the latest in the Vinny Lingham chronicles.

“His (Vinny Lingham’s) move to Silly Valley from South Africa, which was talked about a lot last year, is likely to happen in 2008.”

Maybe it’s just the east coaster in me, but I didn’t realize that Silicon Valley was aka Silly Valley. OK, I’m easily entertained.

This issue has all of the interesting snippets and stats towards the front, as well as features on government intervention in the online world, affiliate recruiting, mobile marketing, a profile of affiliate Rexanne Mancini, and ad supported content.
