Texas HB 1317 – Elliott Naishtat

Texas House Representative Elliott Naishtat filed HB 1317 on February 14, 2011 “relating to a presumption that certain retailers are engaged in business in this state for the purpose of the use tax.”

Find your local TX representative and contact them to ask their position on HB 1317 and share your story with them and how you’d lose your job as an affiliate if this bill becomes law.
