AWeber, the email solution provider I use to mail newsletters and blog updates, now reports email subscriber counts to FeedBurner.
According to Justin Premick of AWeber, the FeedBurner integration went live on AWeber’s Blog Broadcast feature on February 5, 2008.
“By reporting these figures to FeedBurner, we’re helping bloggers give a more accurate and favorable picture of how popular their blogs are,” said Justin Premick, Education Marketing Manager at AWeber. “The more subscribers you can boast, the more likely new visitors are to subscribe to your blog, and the more likely companies are to want to advertise on your blog.”
This is great to see, as I utilize Blog Broadcast for a number of blogs, and it’s really helpful to consolidate the stats.
AWeber has also streamlined the process for tracking clicks from the Blog Broadcast emails.
The AWeber enhancements come just two weeks after other features were rolled out for Blog Broadcasting.
If you’re currently using the FeedBurner email or FeedBlitz, you should definitely check out AWeber. It tops them all.
