Shawn CollinsA: In order to launch and run an affiliate program for your graduate school, you would follow the same steps as any other company. Many procedures in designing an affiliate programs are the same, whether you are selling widgets or graduate courses.

Take a look at my Affiliate Marketing Action Plan for an overview of how to get an affiliate program started.

Also, I was the guest for a Webinar at Startup Nation recently, and you can access the interview and Q&A at startupnation.com.

This session included tips about getting an affiliate program going, as well as resources and ideas for growing your affiliate program after it has launched.
