BrandVerity has announced the launch of their new Content Monitoring service, which monitors promotions and offers that appear on affiliates’ websites, enabling affiliate managers and affiliate networks to ensure that affiliate content complies with the policies of brands.
Content Monitoring will provide affiliate managers and networks with greater visibility into how they are being represented on affiliate websites, and the service automatically flags potential violations that appear.
Armed with that information, action can be taken when affiliates post inaccurate offer details, make guarantees not condoned by the brand, leave expired offers up, or even use inappropriate and offensive language.
There is also an option to develop custom rule sets in the BrandVerity interface, so there will only be alerts for content a given affiliate program or network considers to be in violation.
By automatically collecting and analyzing content from affiliates’ sites, Content Monitoring streamlines the compliance process and reduces the time spent on manual investigation. This is especially big in highly regulated industries, such as consumer finance, where brands hold their marketing partners to high standards of content compliance.
